Shipping
What shipping options are available? How long will it take?
- USPS First Class: 2-6 Days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by the next business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day
- UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days Please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing your order for special projects and releases.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes!
We do offer International Shipping. Depending on your location & purchase, your rates may vary. Shipping is typically $18.00 USD for International Shipping.
Available to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
International Customers Warning: (RIOT SOCIETY is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk) International first class mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and minimum 10-15 (2-4 weeks) business days for arrival.
There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail.
Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country.
In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures. International Customs Fees + Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Order Status
When will my order ship?
Our cut off for same day shipping is 11 a.m. PST. All orders placed after 11 a.m. will be processed the next business day regardless of shipping method selected. Riot Society ships and processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and ship the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of time order is placed. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from order procssing and shipping due to the company being closured. Orders placed on observed holidays will resume processing and ship the following regular business day. We will be closed in observance of the holidays below:

- Independence Day - Tuesday July, 4th 2017
- Labor Day Monday - Monday September 4th, 2017

How do I change or cancel my order?
Email support@riotsociety.com with your order # and what you would like to do. We can change or cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped out of our warehouse.
What could cause a delay in my order being shipped to me?
If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 1 business day, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately. The refund will be for the full purchased price of the item and be refunded to your card/PayPal account used at the time of purchase. Refund takes 3-5 business days. Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification! If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.
Returns/Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to Riot Society. Your return must be received by Riot Society within 14 days from orders delivery. The returned item must have its original tags attached, unworn and in new condition. All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per item being returned. After receiving your returned item Riot Society.com will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase price minus the restocking fee and minus the original shipping fee. How long will my return take?
Returns generally take 7-10 business days to process. All refunds will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase. After return is processed refunds usually take an additional 3-5 days to post on card. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you via email.
Can I do an exchange?
Yes, Place an order via riotsociety.com to replace the item(s) you plan to exchange.
Once your order has been place, please email support@riotsociety.com immediately with your order number informing us of what you will be returning for this order.
In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24-48 hours.
Once your email regarding your exchange is received you will be refunded for First-Class shipping and handling for your replacement order. (International orders will not receive a refunded for shipping and handling on exchange replacement orders) We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. (Original shipping cost is nonrefundable)

If I need to return/exchange an item, do I have to pay for postage?
Yes, if you mail an item back to us you will be responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking number. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
From time to time mistakes can happen and we apologize. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, simply email support@riotsociety.com.
The email should include the following:
1) Picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item
2) Picture of the paper copy of your order invoice
3) Brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item and what you need. Including the above will allow us to make the correction faster.
General Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay.
Why won’t my credit card work at checkout?
Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customers billing and shipping address not matching. Please contact customer support at support@riotsociety.com or use another form of payment such as PayPal.
Why was I charged but my order didn’t go through?
If your order did not go through, the transaction is still pending and will drop back into your balance in 24 hours. Please make sure you are entering your zip code correctly. Feel free to contact customer service if you have further questions.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post back to your original payment method.
Why can’t I apply my discount promo code to my order?
Promo codes may not work if you have already applied a promo code, the item is discounted or is on sale or part of a deal.
How do I contact customer service?
